I had a dream the Chicago Bears that sang the Super Bowl Shuffle were playing some team-no idea which one-and William 'The Refrigerator' Perry got the ball, began running... and got lost in the stadium. But he had the ball so he had to find the endzone.

IIRC, the '85 Bears did in fact line up Perry at tailback once or twice, and even gave him the ball once.

Yes. They even sent Perry into the endzone in that laugher of a Super Bowl. Ditka regretted that because, in hindsight, he wished he had given a TD to Walter Payton.

It was, but I must correct myself. The MVP was a defensive standout, but it was Richard Dent at DE rather than Singletary at LB.
