Nice!!
(Remember when legos were super cheap too?)
I never had Legos. Are they expensive relative to inflation?
At some point in the last couple decades, they suddenly became expensive. They started selling collector LEGO sets for things like millennium falcon, x-wings, tie fighters, ect. Only instead of being $20-$30 for such things, it’s $99-$120 usd... for molded pieces of plastic.
I thought with Legos you can make anything with them? But it looks like you're saying that there are legos that can only be put together to make certain licensed shapes?

Case example. Here’s a star destroyer for $699. You probably can use the pieces to make other things but the price is what blows my mind.

Wow! Surely there are regular model kits for less. Much, much less, at a much more manageable size. https://www.amazon.com/Bandai-Hobby-Des ... B07NQSRZG5

Keep in mind he left a lot out. This really is the BASICS on Optimus. It's a good video, but easily could've been an hour and still be considered the 'Basics on Optimus Prime'.

There are smaller sets. And, there's no law saying you HAVE to build what the instructions are provided for. In fact, there've been two Lego movies that encouraged creativity to go beyond the instructions.

All I’m pointing out is how expensive they’ve become.

Oh, yeah.Atop the Fourth Wall did a review of that comic crossover a few weeks ago. Do you have any idea how much I'd want a Fortress Tiberius toy? Haslab, make it happen! I'll buy TWO!

Haha! Right. Transformer toys can be so much better than they were back when. Don’t get me wrong, they still make steel alloy transformers and tonka construction vehicles but if you want a decent (metal) Transformer now days, it’s pricey! I purchased a few advanced ones for my boys a few years ago, about $300.00 ($150.00 & $145.00) for both.

I feel that makes them Semi-aquatic (like alligators), the front and hind leg bone structures are consistent with an animal that can walk on land -> with a tail evolved to function in water. Would they live in water? I would have to say yes but it means the spino would’ve been Semi-aquatic (not fully). Interesting tid bit about the scientist trying to save the archeological finds before the bombing run! I agree with the poster- Should be a movie or documentary about him.
