They are different colors. She has Heterochromia.

David Bowie has two different colored eyes as well but, that resulted from an eye injury and treatment for the injury.

Wasn't the Duke's change in eye color due to being punched in the eye as a schoolboy? I thought I had read that somewhere.

Yep. 85 years old and what killed her was a bad fall and head injury. I'll never forget how she was mouthing off and Terry Bradshaw after Super Bowl 42.
