That thing would have been perfect from the get-go. I usually try to give people the benefit of the doubt but those two were just fucking retards.

That would have been a great step in making a well-thought prequel rather than just mailing it in.

I heard that they actually just wanted to use the Akira period. No changes, no alterations, nothing. B&B just wanted to use it exactly as is because people thought it was a cool ship.

Yeah they did, Doug Drexler and the art department saved us from that by coming up with the NX on their own.
