Command decision of the week: which is more important, a piece of junk, or human lives and the Delta Flyer?

If it's Janeway? Then junk.
They say that in the Army,
the women are mighty fine.
They look like Phyllis Diller,
and walk like Frankenstein.

Chakotay in this case - proof that he's graduated with honours from the Katherine Janeway School of How To Get Your Crew Killed Needlessly.

Seriously.

Yeah, this episode was just... not good. :P Okay, a bit redundant, but I can't exactly say anything else original here. ;)

I hated the whole, "Janeway teaches Seven a lesson," episode format. Especially since it usually entailed Seven doing the intelligent logical thing... and then Janeway making her do something stupid and pointless. I guess the lesson she's supposed to learn is humans are too dumb to live. Sadly Chakotay joins in on this with Janeway this time around. Perfectly willing to get them all killed to pick up something with purely sentimental value.
