My favorite episode! :headbanger:
“You cannot play God then wash your hands of the things that you've created. Sooner or later, the day comes when you can't hide from the things that you've done anymore.”

And then Buffy staked Edward. The End.

Why is it that so many people's favorite episodes of Voyager had so little to do with the ACTUAL ship and its mission. Living Witness, Bride of Chaotica...

Oh that's right, because the normal show was idiotic.

Yep.

Though I did enjoy the Year of Hell and a couple of Borg episodes.

Then they mashed the big reset button at the end like they always do and none of it mattered.

I always wondered how the rest of the series would have been like if Voyager picked up after that with no reset button. I mean everyone here knew there was going to be a reset button, what if it didn't?

Not just the ship either. Imagine the rest of the series with a blind Tuvok. Crewmen get killed left right and centre, but having a crew member becoming permanently disabled would be pretty edgy for Trek.

Again, this is one of the things that you have to give Battlestar Galactica credit for. They bothered to portray supply problems, mechanical problems, and a running body count.

And permanent injuries. Tigh's eye didn't magically restore itself, nor did Gaeta's leg. In fact, the only example even vaguely resembling a reset button I can recall was Adama's 'tash.
