Honestly I would bump up the crew number more than anything.

Though the more I think about it, you could make the whole ship basically one large apartment building. I mean each room wouldn't be a room but be an apartment. Apartments set up like today. Though this technically doesn't really change alot since in TNG and VOY some of the rooms we saw are bigger than even my own.

Though you don't need a kitchen if you replicate everything. Unless you ask for it.

What to? Rough volume calculations suggest she could carry a crew of 75k+ going by a Nimitz and an evacuation limit of 200k+ going by the Queens' troopship runs.

5,000. Not a big number but large enough to fill the space and give everyone large quarters. I wouldn't pack it in like a Nimitz.

With the head right off the bridge I wonder how many times these words were spoken on the bridge: "What the hell did you eat???"

... or...

Do they have a "#1's only" rule for that head?

Yeah poor placement. Everyone sees you entering and exiting the head. So while they can't hear you, they can still time you.

I couldn't tell, do they have an "Employees Must Wash Hands" sign?
