The Nebula class' saucers are actually quite different when you look closer - absence of many windows in the deck 6-9 area for instance?

There is an article about that. Nebula class ships do differ quite a bit. Some have far less windows, some have as many windows, I think there was even one that suggested the ship could be smaller but I am not sure.

Hell the engineering section differs alot too.
