Opinionated Next Gen Episode Guide warily returns to season 2. Despite acting like snooty superior dicks Picard and Riker will be engaging in a war game to hone their tactics, but then the Ferengi show up. Yes, that sounds so menacing doesn't it?
*Groan* Season 2 TNG... Chuck has a rant or two in this one. Whoops. A third one, and we ain't even halfway.

Kolrami came off as the best in this episode. And I don't mean to damn with faint praise. Like Chuck said, he really doesn't seem too bad to me.

Never really liked the guy but then again never liked the episode because of the already mentioned reasons.

For me he was just... maybe slightly smug, but not in an overbearing manner. think Charles Winchester from MASH.
