The Mirror Universe

Post by Meste17 »

I wonder what the Galactic Commonwealth will use as its registry for its vessels?

Starfleet and the Federation uses USS (United Star Ship) Enterprise, NCC (Naval Construction Contract) - 1701. :)

Yeah that's s canon fact. Said numerous times.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

I think one if the novels establishes the galactic commonwealth occurs after the Terran rebellion. I could be misremembering tho.

Doesn't even sound like it would be from the Mirror Universe anyway. It should have Imperial something like Imperial Federation.

Actually, you're right. It's the Mirror Universe novel "Rise Like Lions," where the Terran Rebellion FINALLY wins their war against the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance.

You have to be clear on that then. We were all assuming you were talking about the Mirrior Universe as in the Mirror Universe. Not the DS9's version of it.

Yeah, the way DS9 did the Mirror Universe was one of the few things I really didn't like about that show.

Ah, Rise Like Liosns. Is there not a section for this sort of thing, and if not, shouldn't it have been in DS9?

You know, I surprised myself recently. I'm rewatching DS9 ... and I actually like their mirror universe take.
