Main review
Tasha's exit
Again, not one of Chuck's best, but a pretty good one. It makes me wonder whether he's got Tears of the Prophets or Earthshock lined up.

I hope he takes on more Stargate episodes. I would love to hear his take on SGU.

I wonder how much it'd cost to have him do the series premiere of transformers G1..,.

I was never wild about this one. I understand that not everyone gets a heroic death full of meaning and symbolism, that often it's sudden, random, and pointless, but I don't care for that in my fiction. Certainly not like this. At the time I saw this episode it just seemed downright spiteful towards Denise Crosby. Monster of the week permanently killing off a main cast member? Just... no, that's what redshirts are for.

Yeah, pretty random. Also, the mark on her face is pretty damned goofy.

You earned it.
At the end, he comments how the bit in the beginning is pretty much all Tasha had beyond the mundane. Pretty damned sad, there.

Half way through the first season. I think she was being a premadona. If she stuck it out she would hahve gotten more parts. And I doubt she would be type cast, type cast as what? A background character not sayong anything. Even William Shatner got big TV rolls after trek and he was far far more famos in his roll as Kirk than Tasha.

I dunno, thirteen episodes, almost ten hours of screen time and all she's had to do is give some mundane reports and almost no character building. While I agree that it's unlikely she'd be type cast as anything I don't think it's being too ridiculous to expect your character to had something to do, some development in over five feature length movies worth of run time.
