Good review, and a Wesley episode that gets high marks! :o

The only thing I'd really add would be the theory (I'm not sure where I originally heard it) that Locarno and Paris are the same individual, with Tom using a pseudonym at the academy to hide his relationship to his father.
Only two things are infinite - the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the universe: Albert Einstein.

I love the scowling Vulcan bit. And I've heard that theory too, Seafort. And like you no clue where it came from.

I can't say I've heard that idea from a third party, though the thought has crossed my mind when watching the episode.

Probably because Locarno and Paris share a bit of a resemblance. I don't see it.

Nutso... That's such an obvious one I almost feel like not commenting on it, so I won't. :P
