Haynes USS Enterprise Manual

Post by LaughingCheese »

This book is scheduled to come out in September. Can't wait!

I had actually forgotten about it! Good thing I checked TrekMovie today.

The content looks to be amazing, it will feature cutaways for EVERY SINGLE Enterprise!!!!!!

I really hope that doesnt' mean there will only be a couple of pages per ship, I hope its a THICK book. :|

What, even the E-J?

E yes, J no.
* NX-01 (Star Trek Enterprise TV series).
* NCC-1701 (Original TV series plus Star Trek: The Motion Picture, The Wrath of Khan and The Search for Spock, in which it was destroyed. A reinterpreted version of this Enterprise featured in the 2009 film).
* NCC-1701-A (The Voyage Home, The Final Frontier and The Undiscovered Country).
* NCC-1701-B and 1701-C (featured briefly in Generations and in Star Trek: The Next Generation episode 'Yesterday's Enterprise').
* NCC-1701-D (Star Trek: The Next Generation TV series and Generations).
* NCC-1701-E (First Contact, Insurrection and Nemesis).
J's not really canon anyway.

They're showing the Abrams-verse one? Good. I hope it shows more phaser banks than just the ones on the saucer section.

NEWS!

You can now sign up to be notified when this becomes available on amazon!!

(Unless you're in the UK, then you can already pre-order it! Lucky!!! :P )

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1844259412

EDIT: Ok, it appears the Abramsverse nEnt won't be in the book?

At least according to this article on Memory Alpha:

http://memory-alpha.org/wiki/USS_Enterp ... hop_Manual

Doesn't bother me. I'll still be buying it.

From the quote on trekmovie.com, I can't be sure whether this is going to include the Abramsprise or not. :?
