I cant see them anywhere on the top so I'm guessing at the bottom foward facing.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

That seems the most probable place for them to be.

Alright, thats what I thought. The problem is we've never gotten a good look at the model (even in FC) and the picture Graham uses in the Ships entry is from the top. The bottem does seem logical, I just wanted to know if anyone knew where there were better images or had a better idea of where they could be.

I would guess that's about right, as far up the angle towards the centerline of the "saucer" as possible to maximize the range of elevation/depression. Although, I don't know id such an angle is important for torps.

Unfortunately all of the new ships from FC were low quality cgi models so unless they have redone them for a magazine I doubt there are any "Cannon" illustrations. I know they redid the Akira but I'm not sure about the others. This is what could largely be considered a "fan interpretation" of the ship done out in orthographic views.
