Fixed. And it's probably the latter as a defence mechanism.

My biggest problem at the time I watched this episode (so 5 or 6...) was that it bored me. Even for TNG.
No trees were killed in transmission of this message. However, some electrons were mildly inconvenienced.

And... yeah. His ranting's the best part of this. A lot better than the episode he's tearing apart.
