Age difference

Post by Meste17 »

I have developed a roleplay character who would take command of a Watchtower class starbase. I will not disclose his name, but I will be taking some ideas as to what his birthdate would be. Any suggestions?

What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

How exactly are we supposed to know better than you the details of your character?

My vote: the year 7 A.D.

I really don't understand why you ask questions like this. How is anybody else supposed to suggest a date of birth for a character that you are making up? It's your character. You are literally the only person in existence who can have a sensible answer to any question about him.

Seriously, you insist on doing this over and over and over and over again. And every time it's the same - "I'm making something up, what should I make up about it?"

And as usual, it's not like you ever do anything with these things you create that you post here. So what you appear to be doing is asking us to do creative work for you, for free, so that you can post it somewhere else.

It's your character. Stop asking stupid questions and make it up yourself.

This pretty typical. Asking a figure without anything to base it on. What is the year, how long has he been in, what rank, what species etc.

I choose he is immortal and can be awake for ten minutes each day before he has to go to sleep.

To spice it up, for those ten minutes he talks in code. Each time he wakes up for those ten minutes the code changes.
