I'm not even going to vote in this one - I had to read the reviews of the eps on the main site before I remembered them in any kind of detail and realize I had seen all of them before - (then I went and got drunk to try damage the brains cells that information was hiding in, i may have to try that again to make sure though )

Not even close. It had some shit, but nothing to match the worse of Voyager and Enterprise. It's also. AFAIK, the only Trek series that hasn't depicted genocide as a good thing.

Based on the assumption, for which no evidence was sought or provided, that the Maquis had a way off the planet. The fact that the Maquis were attempting genocide against the Cardassian settlements does not excuse Sisko using the exact same tactic against them.
