2450 - Its finally here!

Post by MetalHead »

Ok well, here it is. The ship that 2450 will take place on is the yet to be named Excalibur Class vessel that features prominently in the video. Enjoy!

Nice ship, but I always thought the Excalibers were too flat IMO. I like their bridges though.

I think it's quite a good ship. Looks nice, and has a small target profile to boot.

Cool video, too. :)

Thanks, its clearly the successor to the Soverign class ships, which were epic enough as it was, but I thought the lineage made sense.

Nice design, but it looks a bit too much like a Sov for my liking - other than the horizontal nacelles I can't see any significant difference..

IDK, the new top-bottom symmetry of the engineering hull, the shapes of the pylons... I think there are enough differences.

That was a great video. Nice to use UU(Ultimate Universe) in the videos. The Excalibur is quite an interesting ship though. Definitely looks like a Sovereign successor to me and it probably deserves that title too.
There is not a problem in this world that can't be solved without the proper application of a sufficient number of thermonuclear ordnance.

Well in the game, using the excalibur only, i shredded two scimitars and three borg cubes, one tactical. Was insane.
