Supposedly on UltimateUniverseMod.net's forums, the lead designer for Terran Empire ships has returned, so I should have some new toys to play around with soon

It's from a fictional character in the backstory of Warhammer 40k - a genetically enhanced superhuman Space Marine of the Deathwatch chapter, dedicated to eliminating alien threats to the Imperium of Mankind (which is generally read as "any alien at all.")
