I Hate it. It looks less advanced than the E and it doesnt fit the time line. This ship is several centuries more advanced than anything we have ever seen (apart from the wells) and it looks like the original enterprise. I like them. They are practical. They have just been through a long period of peace (Pretty much) so there ships reflect that. It not until the presure is put on in the 2370's that we start to see them push the envelope.

Maybe at lower speeds it doesn't matter so much but as a ship gets faster it produces exponentially more amounts of pollution thus needing a special features to help disperse it.
