The Andromeda Ascendant from Andromeda

There is also a ship from anime that I love called the Outlaw Star from a series of the same name.
Grappler ships for the win!

Hmm, also, the Swordfish from Cowboy Bebop.

Well... here are two that I think are pretty danged good.

Tribute to the various Enterprises over the years, set to 'Lady'

40th anniversary tribute set to flute music.

The latter almost always brings a tear to my eye.

Unfortunately, it still takes a leap of faith to put the NX-class into an evolutionary structure with everything 'Trek has shown us before. That's the fundamental issue with Enterprise, and what I'm afraid will be the issue with ST XI - the fact that the producers are willing to sacrifice continuit...

The TARDIS, the Consitution refit, the Millennium Falcon, the Odyssey from 2001. Oh, and yeah, the White Stars. Varthikes, JMS really said the White Stars were ugly??? His exact words were that he did not like the design because they looked to him liked "plucked chickens". Didn't... one o...

I also liked the design of the NX-01. It's a saucer with nacelles stuck to it with some bracing. For a Starfleet design... couldn't be simpler.

Then lightsaber. Double-bladed, too. One that can be separated in the middle into two lightsabers and be hooked by a chain.

Surprised no one bit my head off, here... ;) Tiberius-Ah, thanks... I think I've never seen a need for fanfic to be any less well-written than pro work. In some instances-like the SW EU and fanfic-I find the fanfic to be about a billion times better than the profic. At least. Captain Seafort-Thanks!...

I did love season four, yes. Everything just clicked then. You could see the beginning of it, of the Federation and of what we knew and loved in TOS.

I also liked how much the Andorians were used. Sorta like the Klingons in TNG. Shran reeked of cool, natch.

Who Mourns for Adonais.... it offends me... it really does. It uses the Greek deity names while confusing Apollo as part of the Greek Pantheon with Apollo's place in the Roman Pantheon... HIS POWERS ARE DIFFERENT! Also... Apollo is the god of archery, prophesy, disease etc etc etc... yet do we see ...

I think some of it is hubris on the Borg's part. Resistance is futile, after all.

And Locutus gave Worf a hard time in BOBW II. And how many times does a drone simply thrust out its arm and push someone away with little effort? So... a bit of pride, there, mixed in with augmented muscles.

Says something that the biggest thing they've got is from ST. ;)

All joking aside... that site really helps with fanfics, actually. And just... visualizing these magnificent vessels.
