Re: Enterprise J
There are no images of the Enterprise-J scene from "Azati Prime" on the DITL site. “Oops. My bad”. No one ever apologizes anymore when shown they are in error about a comment. Disturbing trend over the last few decades. I'm sorry about my error, which came about because I had assumed such...

Re: Today I Watched...
Apollo 13 Always a fun movie to watch; still among my favorites. I recently had an urge to watch it again as I was working on a Lego model of the Saturn V rocket. Have you watched The Right Stuff? Similar to most space race movies. Lots of talent, lots of history. Like Apollo 13, decent flick. :) Y...

Re: The Youtube video thread!
Because of recent events, I've been remembering this clip:
Trump posing for Time Magazine with a bald eagle, during which the eagle attacks him. I remember thinking at the time that it was a sign.

Shifting Sands (1918) Starring Gloria Swanson in one of her earlier roles. Here, she plays a struggling artist who is falsely accused of a crime and imprisoned. Upon being released, she meets John Stanford, a wealthy philanthropist, with whom she falls in love and marries. Years later, the man who ...

Re: "Zero Hour"
It's possible the vortex system was given to them by the Sphere-Builders. When they were defeated, the technology was eventually neglected and fell into disuse.

"Zero Hour"
This was a goof listed for "Zero Hour" on IMDb. At the end of the episode, the Xindi-Aquatics carry Enterprise back to Earth. They arrive in Sol System, the Xindi release Enterprise and leave. As they approach Earth, Reed and Sato notice something isn't right. Eventually, they discover the...

Re: The Youtube video thread!
I thought with Legos you can make anything with them? But it looks like you're saying that there are legos that can only be put together to make certain licensed shapes? Case example. Here’s a star destroyer for $699. You probably can use the pieces to make other things but the price is what blows ...

Monty Python and the Holy Grail Funny as ever. Many of the jokes are just as relevant now as they were 45 years ago. I've also taken the swallow explanation for the coconuts and applied a variation of it to Luke's light-saber in the recent Star Wars movies. And, call me insensitive, but I've had th...

I can think of a few additional clips throughout the series that the person could have used.

Today, I watched Thunderbirds (2004). Based on Gerry Anderson's Supermarionation series, and directed by Jonathan Frakes. Starring Bill Paxton as the father, Jeff Tracy, and Ben Kingsley as the antagonist, dubbed "The Hood". Probably a coincidence, in the series (1965-66), Jeff Tracy is a ...

Re: Enterprise J
I imagine those are the same CG illustrations that appear in the Enterprise-J magazine from Eaglemoss, produced by Drexler for the Ships of the Line calendars. There are no images of the Enterprise-J scene from "Azati Prime" on the DITL site, but Memory Alpha has an entry. Apparently, the ...
