Worf and Dax are sent to retrieve a Federation intelligence agent working in on the planet Soukara, in Cardassian space. During the mission Dax is injured, and Worf chooses to abandon the mission and return her to the station for medical treatment. As a result the agent they were sent to rescue is killed. A permanent note is entered on Word's service record. [1]
