YATI :
Janeway says Tuvok is near to the "big three digits" on his birthday. But "Flashback" establishes that he is already one hundred and twelve years old.
Great Moment :
Chakotay's tough guy act when the Vidiians are breaking through into the ship.
Body Count :
B'Elanna is killed, as is Kes, but they come back alive again. Otherwise it's hard to say - probably a few Vidiians and Starfleeters killed in the 2371 portion at least.
Factoid :
This episode marks the return of the Kes character, who left in "The Gift".

Plotline

When Kes appears and boards Voyager, she uses her mental powers to wreak havoc on the ship and throw herself back in time to just after Voyager's arrival in the Delta Quadrant. Traumatised by her experiences after leaving the ship, she is determined to alter the timeline to send her earlier self back to the Ocampan home world. In order to stop her, Janeway is forced to kill Kes - and must try and alter the timeline to set things right.
