YATI : The EMH has previously claimed that he was first activated at the start of Voyager's first season, however, here we see him activated in space dock prior to it's initial launch.

Plotline

Seven of Nine is recruited by a 29th century agency who is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Federations much-abused timeline. It seems that somebody has used a temporal weapon to destroy USS Voyager, and to fix the problem Seven must visit Janeway's first day on board.
