YATI :
Worf is disgusted that the Klingons allow themselves to be captured alive. Yet he allows himself to be captured alive, both here and several times in the future.

When Worf is telling everyone the story about Kahless, he says "Kahless looked into the sea and wept, for the sword is all he had left of his father." But according to Spock in Star Trek VI, Klingons have no tear ducts and cannot cry.
Great Moment :
I always love it when Klingons sing, and the look on the Romulan's faces when they realise that their prisoners are rediscovering their roots is excellent.
Factoid :
Director Dan Curry had a very hands on approach to this episode - he actually threw the spear through the wheel himself, designed the blade for the Gin'tak spear, created some of Worf's Mok'bara martial arts moves, and provided the jungle photographs for the establishing shots of the prison.

Plotline

Worf faces a difficult decision regarding the Khitomer survivors. Data chats with his creator. Again.
