When beaming down, Riker orders Crusher to beam down and he asks her to bring a medical team, but she doesn't.

Also, Picard is amazed when Hugh gives up his "we" and "us" speech and finally says "I". Yet one of the first thing Hugh says after coming aboard is "Do I have a name?"
Great Moment :
Picard pushing Hugh into rebelling against the Borg. It's a wonderful scene, and the moment when Hugh recognises Locutus and Picard goes along with it is chilling.

Plotline

The Enterprise crew plan to use a captured Borg to destroy his entire race once and for all. But they face an ehtical dilemma when the Borg begins to become aware of his individuality.
