YATI :
We're told that there are intermittent failures in the IDF system, and Picard's first reaction is to order the ship to halt. Risky! The IDF is all that stops the crew getting smeared over the bulkheads by the huge accelerations of the ship, so ordering it to slow down while the system is failing is not a good idea. Ideally, you would hold the exact same speed whilst fixing the problem.
Great Moment :
The scene where Lwaxana talks to the holodeck computer; since Majel Barrett provides the TNG computer voice, she is basically talking to herself!
Body Count :
Zero.
Factoid :
The holodeck ball that the clown's face floats around on is actually a bowling ball.

Plotline

After destroying an asteroid the Enterprise finds itself under attack by parasites. Meanwhile, Lwaxana Troi is having wedding jitters.
