YATI : To make Quark end the strike, Sisko says the Federation will no longer be good landlords and threatens to demand five years worth of back rent. How come? The Federation has only occupied the station for three and a half years.
Quote : "What you were trying to do was make yourself feel important. Making me feel dumb made you feel smart. But I'm not dumb, and you're not half as smart as you think you are." - Rom to Quark.

Plotline

Fed up at the poor working conditions at Quarks, the waiters and Dabo girls form a union. When Quark refuses to acceed to their demands, the Bar Association promptly go on strike.
