Quark says that he can't give Molly much time in the holosuites because they are always so busy. Yet when Nog loses his leg, he gets to spend several straight days in there. Maybe Quark made special concessions for Nog because he is family, and was just pushing to get paying customers into the holosuite instead of Molly... but in doing so he is seriously crossing the man who is in charge of maintaining the equipment the bar depends on. Not good business sense.
Great Moment :
Michelle Krusiec really does a believable job as a teenaged Molly. I especially like the scene when she sends the younger version back, sacrificing herself so that a future version could live a better life. And yes, I do believe that she knew what she was doing!
Body Count :
The alternate Molly.
Factoid :
The Kelvans Worf mentions in the quote below are the aliens from the Andromeda galaxy seen in TOS "By Any Other Name". So this means that either those particular Kelvans are still around waiting for their comrades to arrive in our galaxy, or their comrades have already arrived in our galaxy. Though I suppose it's possible Worf was talking about holographic Kelvans.

Plotline

A time portal throws molly into the distant past, but when O'Brien pulls her back he finds himself facing a teenage daughter who has spent an entire decade fending or herself. Can he and Keiko adapt to a girl who barely remembers them - and can she adapt to life on Deep Space Nine?
