YATI : When Kira finally decides to evict Mullibok, she does it in a remarkably brutal fashion. First she blows his kiln to pieces with her sidearm, then she sets fire to his house and all his belongings in front of him! Why not just beam him up to her Runabout and leave?
Quote : Mullibok : "The Cardassians probably told you you didn't stand a chance either. Did you surrender?"
Kira : "No."
Mullibok : "Why do you expect me to act any different than you?"

Plotline

When the Provisional Government decides to evacuate a moon to tap it for energy, one resident refuses to leave. Major Kira finds herself torn when ordered to remove him.
