Well, it's all right for Enterprise's first series, and that's about all I can say. We learn a bit more about 22nd Century politics, get a little bit of action and meet the Andorians again. Shran is a decent character (which probably has something to do with Jeffrey Combs being a better actor than most of the main cast) and I'm glad we saw a lot more of him as the series went on. However, Archer got captured again, we probably lost another shuttlepod and the Vulcans are still acting like Romulans. Notice how they went for brute force tactics in their rescue attempt whilst the Andorians went for something more subtle, the reverse of what you might expect. Overall, showing signs of getting better, but not many. |
